Return Policy
14-day returns
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request a return. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Start a return via info@fakesniff.nl — returns without a prior request will not be accepted.
Damage & issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately — we'll make it right.
Exceptions
Non-returnable items include: perishable goods, personalised items, personal care products, and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned either.
Exchanges
Return the item and purchase the desired item separately once the return has been accepted. This is the fastest way.
EU cooling-off period
For orders shipped within the EU, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. The same condition and packaging requirements apply.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us at info@fakesniff.nl.
